1. Nature of Services

• Our services include legal consultation, drafting, compliance, litigation support, and representation. These are professional and time-based services, often involving immediate expertise, filing, or submission. Hence, refunds are subject to limited conditions as explained below.

 

2. Cancellation by Client

• Before commencement of work: If you request cancellation before we begin working on your matter (e.g., before a filing, draft preparation, or consultation call), we may provide a refund after deducting administrative/processing charges.
• After commencement of work: Once work on your matter has started, payments are generally non-refundable, as professional time, expertise, and resources have already been allocated.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
• Services not delivered due to failure on our part (excluding delays caused by third-party agencies, departments, or government portals).
• Genuine cases of client dissatisfaction, reviewed on a case-to-case basis at the discretion of the management.

Note: Government fees, stamp duty, filing charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Cancellation by Firm

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service in cases of:

• Non-cooperation or lack of required documentation from the client.
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or illegal purposes.
• Situations where continuing the engagement may conflict with our professional ethics.

In such cases, partial refunds may be considered after deducting applicable charges.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Clients must provide valid proof of payment and bank/account details, if required.

 

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

• Please note that legal and compliance services are subject to interpretation of law, judicial/departmental discretion, and external authorities. We do not guarantee outcomes, and payments are for professional effort and expertise, not results.
